Final Fitness testing


At the start of this, i was at the nirm but the worst kinda. Also I think from the first result to the last i have im proved so much, i have gotten my beep test up to a level higher than last year and put in more work with pushups improved one with plank and also board touches. my last results were this 
My middle test was great and i am proud of that everything else was pretty much the same or it was better except the beep test. However i think this beep test alone has even showed improvement It wasnt the best but i have moved up from the first time i did the test this year and this one beat my best last year, I think that this definitely shows my cardiovascular improvement. here are some action shots.

  1. So after two years of this the next step is to take the pattern and decide what the averages and improvements mean for you moving forward. What do these scores tell you about what you can/need to do to be the best you as an adult?
