So this fitness was really fun! I not only liked this fitness because it involved teamwork and individually working but also because there was a big variety of challenges that you had to do. This fitness had activities involving cardio like the stairs, and running widths, but also things like hurdles, yoga, tug of war and weights. This fitness was based around 90 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. My favorite activities from this fitness was tug of war, hurdles, mat flip, and the weights. I liked this fitness because I not only had a chance to have fun in the sun by incoperating games like "follow the leader" when it came to ladders but also had a chance to challenge my peers in games like tails and tug of war, work together in the mat flip, and also the big weight thing you had to push, and lastly challenge myself like when working with hurdles, stairs, weights and running widths.
