Fitness Friday and Tuesday

So I just wanted to catch up on fitness, and this will probably be really long but try to bear with me. So on Friday we did the Triple Threat where you switch between Core, Cardio, and Weight work outs for 30 minutes, each workout was for the duration of a minute. Each excerise is a minute because you want to help your body from stopping at 45 seconds and pushing through the last 15 seconds. I loved this fitness excerise because I thought it was entertaining  even though I did sweat a lot... I reached my goal and did not stop at 45 seconds for almost all of the excercises. However today we did the 25 minute run where you try to keep your pace the same for each lap you do, I ran 5 laps, which mean roughly 5 minutes per every lap. I ran with Abby who I thought was the best choice because we both have the same fitness level when it comes to running. We did stop a bit during laps, but I think for the first time we both have done this it went pretty well and maintained a pace and goal time.
