Fitness Tuesday
This time around we did the second fitness tests for beep test and the other activities. I think I have improved a bit on a few of the activities! I improved on the beep test by a bit but this time I would always run when the beep sounded and not before, I didn't really run with my friends this time either! I think i have been putting more effort into it than the previous time we did! I learned that if you take your time and not rush yourself during the beep test and keep in mind not to stop until you reach at least a certain point you can do it. On the other hand I'm trying out for the basketball team and although it's a little out of my comfort zone I want to get more involved in sports activities. First cuts go up tomorrow or thursday, and I'm so nervous, oh and I'm going to another school for take your kid to work day, and my aunt teaches english and phys. ed so we'll see how that goes...

Fitness Friday
So on friday we did the extended beep test where everybody runs up to the last level. You dont have to run every beep but can only rest 3 at most and run 1 beep pattern. I was proud of myself because at around level 7 i stopped running every beep and did a 1 to 1 ratio until about level 18. after 18 i started doing a 2 to 1 ratio and only did a three to one ratio on the last level. I think i did well because I didn't run with anyone I ran by myself even though my friends were running together, and even though I felt really tired during fitness I felt great aftwerwards(:
Tough Mudder
well although this fitness activity was a couple of weeks ago I remembered I have some pictures and videos we took on valeria's phone. Kiran managed to get the last few pushups, and some "action" photos from the fitness. I really enjoyed this one because it felt as if it were an outdoor challenge than a actual fitness activity. We couldnt find the picture/video we took with our living thing but if we find it, I'll be sure to put it up!
